Innovative online fundraising platform for nonprofits
First employee hired and integral part of the creation of V1 (launched May 2019) and V2 of the platform (due to launch Q3 2020). Worked directly with Cofounders, Head of Business, CEO, and CTO. Exceeded key objectives in raising over $1.2M in revenue from product launch and achieving over 290% quarter-over-quarter growth in 2019.
Created the Client Success Department working with 900+ clients. Worked with CTO to build out platform features, created over 50 'ready-to-go' draft campaign templates for clients to use, oversaw all content on website & marketing emails. Worked with key accounts including Boys & Girls Clubs (nearly 30 across the country), American Lung Association of LA, and a journalism site named Raw Story.
